Beginnings & Pioneering
Developing Korea's first industrial halogen lamp
  • Founded LIDO Sangsa (October 10, 1976)
  • Developed Korea's first industrial luminaires and halogen lamps
  • Began supplying headlamp bulbs to Hyundai Motor
1990s
Diversification & Growth
Expanding into the industrial lighting market
  • Developed industrial lamps for stadiums, ports, and tunnels
  • Developed halogen heater lamps for photocopiers
  • Developed high-pressure metal halide and sodium lamps
2000s
Building the Foundation
Upgrading production facilities
  • Built and introduced quartz tube processing machinery
  • Became exclusive supplier of steel-sheet drying lamps to POSCO
  • Developed lamps for solar equipment
  • Exited the industrial luminaire business to focus on core specialization
